Another typical weekend and another special breakfast. A little time consuming by wholly worth it.
Take one potato and peel it. Then slice it into thin strips, coat with a teaspoon of olive oil, a little salt and a pinch of turmeric and put into the grill on high heat for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, take half a capsicum, a small tomato and a small onion and finely chop it. Take potato out of the oven, spread on a plate and sprinkle the onion, capsicum and tomato mixture on it. Grate some cheddar cheese on it as well.
In another pan, fry two eggs (bull’s eye) and toast two pieces of bread.
Serve with cheese triangles.
