This is perhaps the simplest and quickest of meals one can rustle up. I do this often when I wish to ‘get it over with’ in a hurry. But, having said that, the idea is always to give any dish the best-possible taste. And what better way to do that than cooking for the soul!
This is so simple, it’s almost impossible to get it wrong.
Take 8-10 (the numbers can vary) lamb chops and coat them with the already-prepared mixture. Set aside for 10 minutes and then fry on slow heat on a flat iron plate, turning every few minutes. These should be done in 15 to 20 minutes.
Now, take two medium-sized potatoes and chop into thick slices and fry them in the same way as the chops on the same plate. After these are done, shred two onions and also fry them on the same plate. Take care no oil is used since the fat from the chops will suffice.
Serve with bread – or naan – or simply have it as is!
