Mini burgers, maximum taste

IcecreamThe well-extended weekend, thanks to the Eid holiday in Bahrain, means that we are in the kitchen very often – and trying out new things.
Yesterday was burger day – rather, mini burger day – and we had plenty of them.
Preparing these is easy – with the usual tomato and onion and lettuce, topped, of course, with chilli sauce.
And, yes, no meal is complete without a “bowlful” of ice cream from the parlour down the road to wash down the meal. I chose Kit Kat and marshmallow with a caramel and that was, truly speaking, a mouthful.
Well, long weekends son’t come often so when they do, we make sure they are memorable!
